A real person reads these. Usually same day.
Bulletin is built by one student at UF, so there is no support queue and no ticket number. You email, and you get an answer.
Email ashton@downloadbulletin.com and say what happened. The three things that make a bug fixable fast:
If the app will not let you sign in, include the email address you used so the account can be looked at directly.
You can do this inside the app, and that is the fastest route. Every message, event, and profile has a report control, and blocking someone stops them from contacting you or seeing your posts immediately.
If it is urgent, if you cannot get into the app, or if it involves someone's safety, email ashton@downloadbulletin.com and put Report in the subject line so it gets read first.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact UFPD at 352-392-1111 or call 911. Bulletin is not an emergency service.
You can delete your account yourself from Settings in the app. You then have 24 hours to change your mind, and signing back in during that window cancels it.
For anything else about your data, including asking for a copy of it, email privacy@downloadbulletin.com. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
If you run a club, a chapter, or anything that puts on events at UF, Bulletin wants your events on the board. Email ashton@downloadbulletin.com with the name of your organization and you get set up.
Events from GatorConnect and the UF calendar are already pulled in automatically, so your club may be on there without you doing anything. Getting in touch means you control it instead.
Press, partnerships, someone from the university, or you just think something could be better. Same address: ashton@downloadbulletin.com.
